Additional Comments: I have been living here in a one bedroom, would like to move to two bedroom townhouse and find roommate to share rent, cable, internet, phone, for a full 12-mo lease beginning 2/1/10. I have 16 yo male cat, 5 yo female pug mix. Cat's very mellow, dog is playful but polite and a great watchdog--but only barks when someone's at the door. Both are friendly to other animals and people. I am quiet and responsible and looking for the same. I am just looking to save money to pay off some bills. Call or email.
